Key Responsibilities:
Overall Management of time, materials, quality, health and safety, and customer service, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and installers, in relation to installation schedules.
- Ordering and management of all materials required as part of the works while ensuring works fall within the parameters of the bespoke budget.
- Coordination of all contractors and direct labour resources to ensure the works are completed in an timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, teams and customers.
- Ensure all administration procedures are implemented and utilised to be consistent and in line with company standards.
- Manage all your installations in progress, and facilitate the customer and fitter and all other parties to ensure the completion of the project on time.
- Manage any customer service issues to ensure quick resolution and provide the best solution that is both reasonable and cost efficient for both the customer and Activ8 Energies, within agreed guidelines.
- Provide point of contact for the installations team, and any other areas of the business in order to promote effective communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have at minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellence customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Management of the customer complaint escalation process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Ability and willingness to learn and committed to continuous personal development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
