Activ8 Energies, Ireland’s largest solar installer is looking for an ambitious Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. The position will be based in our HQ in Carrickmacross (25 minutes from Dundalk). The successful applicant will receive the following benefits:

The Appointment Coordinator will:

• Contributing to generating sales for the company by setting up appointments over the phone and maintaining good customer relations.
• Effectively representing Activ8 Energies.
• Presenting products and services over the phone
• Dealing with customer complaints and issues

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using relevant scripts.
• Answer questions about the products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and set up appointments
• Enter and update customer information on the CRM database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Meet targets and sales quotas.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Adhere to QEHS procedures and policies.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment amongst colleagues.
• Dispose of packaging and waste properly following waste procedures.
• Responsible for recycling waste using the correct bins provided.

Required skills and experience:

• Telesales experience is an advantage but not essential – full training is provided.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
• Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Good interpersonal skills for working within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €10.50 per hour
