Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Job Details:
- Part-time
- Based in Activ8 HQ in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
We are currently looking to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant to assist the on-site Company Accountant.
Reporting to:
Accounts Manager
Duties:
- Ensure the timely processing of invoices
- Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and following up any queries that may occur
- Prepare payment runs with a high level of accuracy
- Complete invoicing and credit control tasks
- Help to complete the month end task list and assist with the management accounts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts role
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is key
- Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
- Strong excel skills would be beneficial to your application
- Working knowledge of Sage accounting is desirable
