This year’s edition of AZConf unfolded took place on 17th and 18th November at IIT Madras Research Park in Chennai. The opening note, by Ilyas F, the Senior Technical Program, set the stage for a journey into the forefront. Vanitha Venugopal, the CEO of iTNT Hub & Head of Incubation, took the stage with a keynote. 

A group of enthusiastic techies from Suyati Technologies actively participated in this grand assembly, marking their presence in Asia’s Largest Cloud and AI conference. The first day delved into crucial topics like the Evolution of Cloud Native Architecture with GenAI, Empowering Bharat’s E-commerce Landscape with AI, Architecture Patterns for Gen AI Applications, Considerations for LLMOps, and Pushing the Limits of Generative AI using Azure OpenAI for Retail Store Planogram Design. 

The second day started off with a warm welcome by Karthikeyan VK, CTO, PROIndia, and a keynote by Sivarajah Ramanathan, Mission Director & CEO at Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission. Sivarajah’s call to connect dots for innovation, inspired by the legendary Steve Jobs, resonated deeply, emphasizing the transformation from digital slaves to digital masters. Deepak Rajendran, Influencer Programs Lead at Microsoft, delivered closing note of the entire event.  

In a session titled ‘Accelerating Digital Transformation using Cloud & AI,’ various strategies such as microservices, event-driven architecture, low-code platforms, and LLMs were discussed as means to expedite digital transformation. Simultaneously, the session on ‘Architecting Multi-Cloud Ready Applications’ provided insights into designing cloud-native applications using Azure offerings, ensuring adaptability across multiple cloud environments. Another session, ‘Build Event Driven Architectures on AWS,’ explored the concept of event-driven architectures and AWS services to build resilient distributed applications. Additionally, the ‘Quick start on Cloud Penetration Testing’ session addressed Cloud security paradox, delving into various methods, and planning for cloud penetration testing. 

The knowledge and experiences gleaned over these two days will undoubtedly prove invaluable as Suyati Technologies continues to innovate and lead in the dynamic realms of Cloud and AI.
