A report from US-based Credence Research pegged the Chatbot market at $88.3 million in 2015 and they predict, the market would witness “exponential growth” in 2016-23.

Saurabh Arora already gets 500 to 1,000 queries a day on his health app Lybrate’s chatbot. “Big companies like Apple or Facebook have the resources to make a platform for artificial intelligence. Smaller developers can take advantage of those platforms to build their own products, as is happening with Messenger bots right now,” says Arora.
