Motorola has launched a new E Series budget smartphone in India called MOTO E22s.

It is priced at Rs. 8999 and comes in Eco Black and Arctic Blue colors. The handset will go on sale in India from October 22nd and will be available at Flipkart.

The handset comes with IP52 rated water-repellent design and has measurements of 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.49 mm. The total weight is scaled at 185 grams.

The E22s offers dual SIM connectivity with dedicated Nano SIM slots and allows dual 4G VoLTE. It is powered by Android 12 OS with MyUX on top. Motorola has promised 2 years of security update for this mobile.

The Motorola MOTO E22s feature a 6.5-inch LCD display that offers 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. Inside is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

It has 4GB RAM and 64GB on-board storage space, which further expandable up to 512GB using dedicated microSD Card slot. It has a side mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics. A single speaker at bottom is also present.

The Moto E22s specs include 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side houses 16MP main with F/2.2 Aperture and 2MP depth camera with F/2.4 Aperture. An LED Flash is present as well.

The smartphone packs in a 5000mAh battery and allows 10W charging. It has support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
