How does your company show Employee appreciation? 

Every month the HR department and the executive team at MobileDemand Spend time planning a way to show employees how much they’re appreciated.  Every month there are treats, a meal, a fun dress-up day, and sometimes there are company sponsored outings.

Last night our employees chose to spend their evening with family and coworkers for a night at the Ballpark, sponsored by MobileDemand.  The executive leadership team understands that spending time together outside of work is important to build a team who wants to work together, because a team who spends time together on a more personal level helps to foster a team who is more apt to collaborate in a meaningful way.

As you can see with all the smiling faces, it was thoroughly enjoyed!  Getting to know each other better in a more relaxed setting goes a long way toward making a great place to work.  And what’s even better is the home team won!  Go Kernels!
