  4. Select Use the following DNS server addresses. Set Preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4. Click on OK to save changes.

Reset TCP/IP configuration

  • Open the command prompt as administrator,

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Try Network Reset
