WhatsApp Chat Group is great channel to promote online business and create awareness but there are flaws and some Disadvantages or  challenges that users are facing. I wish Whatsapp has some special features like Facebook group features. WhatsApp group is a very good channel but unfortunately, it lack some common features that didn't make it more better, so Facebook group is far better.
