Here at Fluid we love lots of things. Donuts, foosball, ping pong, and of course, great advertising. However, there’s one very important thing missing from that list – our moms!

We took a stroll around the office to find out what makes moms great. What qualities or stories really stand out when you think of your mom? So enjoy the heart-warming stories below, and do something special for your mom – she deserves it.

Nella Chourio – Account Management Intern

I’d say one favorite thing about my Mother is that she always gives me and my brother a good night kiss. No matter how old we are, we still get them. I Love her because she’s a dedicated woman and very inspiring (to me)! She always believed in my brother and I.

Zack Warren – Senior Developer

When I was in 5th grade, my mom helped me study for the spelling bee. We literally spent everyday after school going over spelling words, for weeks! I ended up winning the spelling bee and I remember my mom running down to me on the stage of the auditorium and giving me a huge hug. #AllTheFeels

Doreen Garstka – Senior Account Manager

To me, my mom is the greatest woman in the world. Even though she had to work when I was a kid, I never felt she left me alone. She has been always there when I needed her and protected me. She is my best friend, I love talking to her and laughing with her. I miss her very much as she is far away from me!

Phil Case – Managing Director

I love my mother because of the many sacrifices she has made for me over the years. She has always put me first, stayed up late for me because she wanted to hear about my day and adventures and was willing to have the hard conversations. Even living thousands of miles away, she continues to love, care, and reach out to me and my family and be a part of our lives.

Dustin Cederholm – Digital Marketing Manager

I love my mother because she gives so much of herself for everyone else. I can’t help but think of what an amazing jobs she, and all mothers, do. I barely get the essentials tasks of life done each day. My mom can do the essentials and so much more. You actually think the world is a wonderful place. Moms add a lot of sugar and love into our lives life to make it as beautiful as it is.

Thatcher Olson – Digital Marketer

My mom has always put her children first, no matter what. She has always supported me in everything I do, helping me to do my best and to reach my potential. She is always thinking of her children, how she can help us, and what’s best for us. I know that she will always be on my side, and she is an excellent example of putting others before herself. I’ll always be grateful for my mom!

Matt Angel – Digital Project Manager

When I was 17, my dad and younger brothers went to a father-son campout, leaving just my mom and me at home. I would have gone with them but I was working as a musician at the time and had previous commitments to perform that same weekend. After my gig was over, I went home, and my mom and I stayed up late watching movies and eating pizza rolls. It meant so much to me that she would give me her entire evening, watching what I wanted to watch and eating what I wanted to eat. We talked throughout the movies and I feel so much closer to my mom because of it. She might not remember this, but it’s a memory I’ll never forget.

Alex Naylor– Copywriter

My mom taught me to chase my dreams. Already a husband, 3 kids and a mortgage into life, my mom decided to head back to school. MEDICAL SCHOOL! Unperturbed by the late nights studying, research papers and everything else that came with it, she still found time to be a mom. She would let nothing stop her, and today she owns her own pediatric practice. Her commitment and dedication to chasing her dream never ceases to amaze me. Most moms are proud of their kids. But I’m lucky to say I’m just as proud of her.
