The laptop comes in charcoal gray and is one huge laptop. This device here has a 17.3-inch screen which means it is going to be hard if you expect portability from it. The construction may not be super premium, but it is not cheap. The keyboard is a full-size one with a dedicated number pad. The trackpad should get the job done. The ports and jacks can be found on the sides. There is an HD webcam above the display which is good for making video calls and even helps the cause for better security.

The 17.3-inch Full HD Comfy View LED-backlit display comes with a resolution of 1080p. This is a pretty good resolution as the screen size is a bit big in this case. If you are not, then, we recommend you to upgrade to a solid state drive. This will improve the bootup speed, the time taken to open the apps, and also the overall performance.

Acer tells us that we can get around 5 hours of battery life from this notebook. It is very much possible with light usage. When you are doing something heavier like work or playing games, battery life may not be as good.

The Acer Aspire E 17 E5-773G-5464 has support for both 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. There are 2 USB 3.0 ports of which one is used for power-off charging. This means you can charge your phones and other devices even when the laptop is off. There are 2 USB 2.0 ports and a media card reader which should come in pretty handy.
