The world's newest social network and sharing platform is rolling out right now

If you thought there couldn't possibly room on the app market for yet another social network, I'm afraid to say you were wrong. We'd heard the rumors, and now they've been confirmed. Google Spaces (Android, iOS) is the new social platform and sharing app from Google, integrated with YouTube (Android, iOS) and Chrome (Android, iOS), and focused on making sharing any kind of content between groups of friends and colleagues simply easy peasy.

The idea is that people in a group often have to use multiple apps when Sharing content (because they often have to copy and paste links, find and share articles, browse and post videos and images, etc), but Spaces makes it so you can do all that within one app, allowing people to instantly share stuff around any topic - from travel plans, to shared interests.

The app is rolling out for Android, iOS, web mobile, and desktop as we speak.

A new way to talk to your pals: You Can Now Make Group Calls On Facebook Messenger

Create a "Space" about whatever topic you like and invite users via email, Facebook, or sharing a link to the group. There, users can share files and links, photos, and YouTube videos, and chat to their heart's content. Each different topic or category has its own Space, which can be as useful as it can be chaotic, depending on how you look at it.

The best part is you never have to leave the app to find links, articles, videos, and images, because of Google's built-in core services such as Google Search, Chrome, and YouTube. Spaces also super streamlines the communication process. When someone shares something new, a conversational view lets you see what the entire group is talking about now, and you can do a quick search for anything you might have missed form earlier.

There are so many group chat and content sharing apps out there on the market. Will Spaces set itself apart? All signs are looking good.
