As per the latest updates Samsung and LG will release both device on 21st February 2016, So we are just few days away from our first hands on this flagships.

Samsung is rumoured to be developing the Galaxy S7, while there are also rumours of the brand new LG G5 main smartphone. But which of the two will probably be the cream of the crop? An alleged 4K display is, in addition, rumoured to be up for grab from both cell phone giants.

The new rumoured smartphones will follow LG G4 and this year’s Samsung Galaxy S6. There aren’t any confirmations from both companies concerning the LG G5 and the Galaxy S7, but fans are excited about the brand new cellphones’ specs and attributes. Specs-wise the two are not really far from each other. LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 brings a great deal on the table for Android users.

Galaxy S7 vs. LG G5: Comparison

Both phones are going to run on Snapdragon 820 Kyro which is Qualcomm’s latest processor and supports Adreno 530 graphic processor. Samsung is also rumoured to have Exynos version for Galaxy S7 and S7 edge flagship.

For the display, it’ll sport a 5.6-inch QHD display with 2560 x 1440 in pixel resolution. There are also rumours that it may sport a 4K resolution, while Galaxy S7 will have Quad HD display (2.5k). So, LG seems to have an upper hand over Samsung till now. The rumored snapper is a 20 MP Sony IMX Camera with optical image stabilization and laser autofocus. Also, it’ll still have expandable storage support for microSD cards. Talking about Samsung, it will have 12.2 MP primary camera which is quite less in pixels. But Samsung is going to have far better f/1.7 aperture BRITECELL camera lens. So, it will great to take a camera test once they will be out in MWC.

Following the footsteps of the Galaxy S6, the Samsung Galaxy S7 will even rival other mains. It will also have the same 8-core Snapdragon 820 chip, according to Gotta be Cellular Telephone. Both devices will have 4GB RAM and will be available in 32, 64 and 128 GB storage options.

For now we know that both phones are going to launch on February 21 but Galaxy S7 might arrive earlier than the LG G5. Rumours imply that S7 can be available by March 11 while LG G5 will come in late March or April 1st week.

Both phones will support Fast Charge 3.0 Technology from the Snapdragon 820 SoC. They’ll also run the much-hoped-for Android 6.0 Marshmallow version out of the carton. As per present reports you can charge your Galaxy s7 up to 80% with just 30 minutes of charing while exceptionally great.

As the Galaxy S7 is rumoured to have an improved fingerprint scanner Samsung might have won this round. So, choosing best one from both is still quite debatable as phones are still not available. But Galaxy S7 Exynos variant is more powerful as it will boost up performance by 15% as compare to snapdragon (rumoured).
