Switch Settings for the A06B-6044-Hxx Fanuc AC Spindle Servo Unit

 

Fanuc AC Spindle Card

Switch Settings for the Fanuc A06B-6044-Hxx Series of Fanuc Spindle drives, If you purchase one of these cards service exchange you will need to check your switch settings are the same, To do this you can swap the links over using a pair of small pliers . You will also need to swap over your Eprom.

Top Card Switch Settings

S1. Machine Ready Signal (MRDY)
Low (ON) – Machine Ready Signal Used
High (OFF) – Machine Ready Signal NOT Used

S2. Analogue Override
Low (ON) – Analog Override NOT Used
High (OFF) – Analog Override is Used

S3. Analogue Overide
Low (ON) – Analog Override is Used
High (OFF) – Analog Override is NOT Used

S4. Velocity Command Signal
Low (ON) – Use of R01- R12 A/D Commands
High (OFF) – External Analog Voltage Command

S5. Velocity Feedback Rated Command
Low (A) – 6000 RPM
High (B) – 4500 RPM
No Link (Open) – 8000 RPM

S6 and S7 – See  Below

S8. Delay Time Required Until Motor is De-energized
Low (ON) – 0.2 Sec
High (OFF) –  0 Sec

S9. Machine Ready Signal Function
Low (ON) – MCC is On
High (OFF) -MCC is Turned Off

S10. Overcurrent Detection – Specified on unit label
Low (ON) –  Overcurrent Detection is Used
High (OFF) – Overcurrent Detection is NOT used

Variable Resisitors –  Whose set values are changeable and may need to be set if you are fitting a new card.

RV1. Adjusts the velocity command voltage level
RV2. Adjusts the velocity command voltage offset
RV3. Set Speed Arrival Level.
RV4. Speed Detection Level.
RV5. Torque Limit Level.
RV9. Finely adjusts the rated speed in normal rotation (SFR)
RV11. Finley adjusts the rated speed in reverse rotation (SRV)
RV13. Adjusts the offset when zero speed is commanded.
