Hat Tip Breitbart: Report: Select Few Tech Outsourcing Companies Receive Disproportionate Amount of H-1B Visas, Pay Below Average – Breitbart

A select few technology outsourcing companies receive a disproportionate amount of H-1B visas, and pay well below average, according to a report from the government.

The data, which was released by the U.S. government, shows the number of H-1B visas issued by each employer over the last two years, and how much they pay visa-holders on average.

“Almost 4,000 companies submitted H-1B visa applications in fiscal year 2016,” reported Quartz. “The top 20 sponsors took home 37% of all visas issued. IT outsourcing companies made up the top five.”
