iPhone 6 pre-orders are now live: here's where you can buy one
You can finally now throw your money at your computer screen, those of you waiting in great anticipation of Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch. iPhone 6 pre-orders have gone live across a variety of retailers in the United States, so we've compiled a list of where exactly you should go to try to grab yourself an early order of the hottest new iOS phone out.
Apple Store
The most obvious place to go for iPhone 6 pre-orders is Apple's own online store, but though this is likely where the most supply will be, it's also where the most demand will be. If past years are any indicator of what we can expect from this launch, Apple's store is going to be hammered and shipping dates will likely fall behind September 19 in not too long after the pre-orders go live. At the time of this writing, we have no direct link to the iPhone 6 Plus / iPhone 6 pre-orders page (as the store is down), but we're willing to bet the link below will get you right where you need to be.

AT&T
Obviously, AT&T isn't going to sell you a Verizon or Sprint phone, but if this is your carrier of choice, it's certainly not a bad idea to hammer this site instead of the Apple Store. AT&T is also, at the time of this writing, preparing its site for the onslaught of visitors starting right about as you're reading this, so we're not entirely sure that our link will work in prime time. We've included the link below anyway, though – let us know down in the comments if it isn't working for you.

Verizon Wireless
Being another major United States carrier, it's only natural that Verizon will be stocking its model of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus at its store. It's the same deal as AT&T above, so smash that link if you're a Verizon customer looking to hook yourself (or a loved one) up with a new iPhone.

Sprint
Sprint's store is also down in anticipation of the midnight massacre iPhone pre-orders inflict on websites (and also the official addition of its new plans), but the link below should function just as AT&T's and Verizon's do.

T-Mobile is also planning to have iPhone 6 pre-orders up on its site. The below link may or may not work, but either way you'll be sent to T-Mobile's website – where the iPhone 6 pre-orders should be front and center as you're reading over this.

Too late? Don't fret.
If you're too late to grab yourself a pre-order shipping on the 19th at any one of the stores above, you may still have a chance of owning a new iPhone on launch day. Best Buy has in-store pre-orders of the 4.7-inch models starting today, so you can try that if you'd like, and it's entirely possible we've missed some other retailers that are stocking the new phones. Also, Apple Stores will have plenty of stock on launch day – September 19 – so you may be able to walk in and pick one up when that day comes.
