Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Type 'ipconfig /release' and hit enter.
Step 3: Type “exit” and leave the Command prompt.
Step 4: Go to 'Network and Sharing center".
click on 'properties'
Step 6: Double-click on the 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)'
from the list under the 'General' tab. (IPv4/IPv6)
Step 7: Click on 'Use the following IP address'.
Step 8: Type your desired IP address.
Step 9: Now the 'Subnet Mask' box will automatically gets filled up.
Step 10: Hit the 'Ok' button.
Step 11: Hit the 'Ok' button again You should now be
back to the 'Local Area Connection' screen.
Step 12: Right-click back on 'Local Area Connection'
and go to properties again.
Step 13: Go back to the 'TCP/IP' settings and select 'Obtain an IP address
automatically'.
Step 14: Hit 'Ok'.
You now have a new IP address
