It is good to get your computer repaired properly by a technician sitting at totally opposite corner. The performance of my PC was degrading day by day due to which I decided to approach iyogi for instant services.  The moment I explained my problem, the iyogi technician asked me for remote desktop for repairing. I allowed the access to my PC. He resolved the problem in a few minutes time. But the surprising part is that their service charges were quite high.  It was really out of my budget. But, somehow I managed. I would definitely approach iyogi next time, but only after reviewing their service charges.
