While browsing websites… I got an error message page cannot be displayed. I called Verizon they check their line and said signals are good, and they can PING my modem. As per there diagnose something inside the Computer was faulty and needed to be checked. I tried to fix it initially but gave up after couple of tries. Easy way out was to look for a technician.
did a phone search and got a few names. Called a few of them and finally shortlisted Iyogi. they asked some questions about the issue, that made me believe that my computer is in safe hands. first they asked me to do certain tests and finally took control of my system remotely. Though it took close to an hour to fix my problem, but it got fixed... I upgraded my account to a two years of contract as they gave huge discount on my order number. Thanks IYOGI…
