So here we go -

Step 1 - Click on Start Menu - Control Panel

Step 2 - Click on Programs as shown below .


Step 3 -Under the head " Programs and Features click on " Turn Windows Feature On and Off " .


Step 4 -Now if a Pop appears just click on what ever looks like yes. It depends on Administrator settings .

Step 5 -  Click on "Telnet Client" . And click on OK .


Step 6 -Now it might take a little time as shown below depending on your Internet Connection .
