We noticed that most people that were stuck at that point were registering and filling the Paylater online form with Nigerian IP address on their devices, and therefore even after putting on their GPS as requested, they are still unable to forge ahead.

If you are also using Nigerian IP to apply for the Paylater loan, consider switching your device to any foreign IP, and you will see that your application will go through.
On how to switch to any foreign IP on your devices; if you are using smartphones, you can use free VPN apps, like your famous Psiphon, Open VPN, Pronet etc. to access the internet and you will be accessing the net with foreign IP.
Blackberry users might not encounter this problem because their devices are already set to use foreign IPs in most cases.
If you are on PC, you can use free VPN services too like Open VPN on your system or Shield VPN etc. when applying for Paylater loan.
If you do so, you are most likely to bypass the location issue and complete your loan application.
Immediately after successful application, Paylater will credit your account same day, in some cases even within 2 hours.
Please if you know you will not be willing to pay back in due times together with the interest then don’t borrow because they will surely come after you.
