Google Maps ( and map.me) is yes one of the best and most accurate GPS navigator, they both offers with live traffic facts. It does come with offline mode, however the issue with Google Maps offline mode is you will have to download the complete map before using and it is only valid for a limited time for a small rectangle area, if you accidentally lost or drove out of the ‘offline’ maps you downloaded, it will be useless unless you have mobile internet connection.
