Within the home of Quora:
Through the menu along with your name (top right), click blogs.
select Create Blog.
Enter a blog title (e.g. "trickileaks")
Reserve a subdomain URL (e.g. http://tricks.quora.com)
Add relevant topics (e.g. "tricks(tips)")
Write a Blog description. (e.g. "All the tips and trick you need!")
Click Create Blog.
That's it!
