As a revived UMIDIGI G1 smartphone, HTC Wildfire E Plus debuted in Russia

In Russia, HTC has revealed a new phone called the Wildfire E Plus. The competitive smartphone market has been without the Taiwanese brand since 2018. However, it has been steadily introducing low-cost models under the “Wildfire” trademark in a select areas. The Htc Wildfire E Plus has currently been presented by the corporation. The UMIDIGI G1 phone, which was unveiled in June of this year, was rebranded for the entry-level phone.

The 6.52-inch display of the HTC Wildfire E Plus features an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. A quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor running at 1.5GHz powers the gadget.

The gadget has 32 GB of storage and 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone is powered by Android 12. (Go edition). It contains a microSD card slot, which is useful for extra storage. It has a 5,150mAh battery inside that can be charged at 10W.

On the front of the HTC Wildfire E Plus, there is a 5-megapixel camera. The phone’s camera module contains a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera on the rear.

It sports a side-facing fingerprint scanner and face unlock for security. Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, a USB-C connector, and a 3.5mm audio jack are among its additional features.

Priced at around $129, the HTC Wildfire E Plus costs RUB 7,990. Only the color black is offered.
