Issac recently joined the Panther team as the new Assistant Production Manager this year and brought over 20+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. So naturally, we were beyond excited to bring him aboard to help improve our assembly process while overseeing orders going out the door prompt and on time!

Before joining Panther, Issac’s most recent venture was Plant Supervisor for one of Safeway Albertson’s beverage plants. He led a team in a fast-paced environment, making sure Production Lines were always in tip-top shape.

When asked, “What made you want to join the Panther team?” Issac’s response was simple. He wanted to join a company where he could share his wealth of industry knowledge and experience to help grow the business and do so in a great company culture environment where he could really plant his roots and someday retire from.

Issac believes in three things regarding the skills he feels are necessary to succeed in his role and beyond.

• First and most importantly, build trust – Without trust, you have nothing to build on as a foundation.
• Second, build a team – Having a great team reinforces your trust for one another, and you can accomplish that much more together.
• Lastly, grow your network – Developing your network fosters a trade of ideas and makes it easier to sustain long-term relationships and mutual trust.

When he’s not hard at work overseeing the production lines, Issac likes to spend his time traveling and going to Baseball games every chance he gets. We asked if he could have any job in the world, what would it be? He abruptly and without hesitation answered, “Major League Baseball Hitting Coach – because BASEBALL, that’s why!”.

Needless to say, his passions are baseball and his beloved doggies, Apple (Bernese Mountain Dog) and Capone (Pit Bull).
