Dashing SUV has started the world's first production of Thailand in early June 2012. Rayong plant in Thailand is also believed to be one of the production base Trailblazer. Blazer is the successor would be sold in 60 countries (including Indonesia).
Chevrolet TrailBlazer uses body-on-frame (car body stands on the frame). TrailBlazer share a platform with the Colorado pickup. TrailBlazer was developed by General Motors (GM) Brazil.
All-New Chevrolet Trailblazer will use a four-cylinder turbo-diesel Duramax, each with a capacity of 2.5 and 2.8-liter. 2.8 liter engine 180 hp maximum power and maximum torque of 470 Nm towed 6-speed automatic transmission. 2.5-liter engine produces 150 hp power and 350 Nm maximum torque.
