Customers of Asn Bank, Regiobank and SNS, three brands of De Volksbank, have suffered from internet banking failures since Tuesday morning. At the banks, the mobile app cannot be used Tuesday afternoon.

SNS confirmed the malfunction and announced that both the website and the app were difficult or impossible to access. The customer services of ASN Bank and Regiobank also informed customers that there was indeed a malfunction.
In the afternoon, at least the SNS website was again accessible for internet banking via My SNS. Users reported that internet banking did not work via the app yet. “The app is partially fault-free again, but not yet complete. We do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible,” says the bank’s web help desk. The site also worked for the Regiobank on Tuesday afternoon, but the app did not yet.
