To begin with the 4520s is the latest version of the older 4510s of the last year. The previous years Intel Core 2 Duo is replaced by the Core 13, i5 and i7 depending upon the customers choice. So this has lead to its good performance. The new 4520 is having a good young look and a great keyboard. This is because they replaced the plastic cover by the brush metal which feels stronger and is nice.

The OS that it uses is the most common Microsoft windows 7 Professional (32-bit). The screen is 15.6-inch with LED-backlit with HD and anti-glare technology. The resolution is 1366 x 768 pixels. The Intel GMA HD Integrated Card supports from the graphics part to the machine. The 4GB DDR2 RAM running at 800MHz keeps the process neat and clean. The storage capacity is 320GB and has a speed of 7200 rpm.

Other key features include Light Scribe DVD+/-RW Optical Drive, Wifi, Bluetooth. From the power point of view the battery is a 6-celled one. This is the only weak point that I notice as compared to the previous version as the battery is small. The dimensions are 14.64 x 9.83 x 1.09 -inches and the weight is starting at 5.27lbs.
