Gemini AI vs. GPT-4: AI Battle Heats Up

Google presented the advanced version of the AI model to the world.

Google has brought it in three variants called Gemini.

What is Gemini?

Gemini is a family of large language models (LLM) developed by Google DeepMind, descendants of LaMDA and PalM 2. Introduced on December 6, 2023, it has three versions:

 Gemini Ultra, Gemini Pro and Gemini Nano, and is positioned as a direct competitor to OpenAI's GPT-4.

     Google has started a new chapter in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Google Gemini has presented the latest version of the AI model to the world.

It said it provides users with a large amount of information such as text, images, audio, video and coding with 90 percent accuracy. 

The Gemini 1.0 version came in three variants. Gemini Ultra, Gemini Pro, Gemini Nano. Google CEO Sundar Pichai said it works in everything from data centers to mobile devices.

Sundar Pichai said Gemini will be available on other Google services, including the Google search engine and the Chrome browser.

Gemini Nano

This is a lightweight version of the Gemini AI model. Google says it's designed for mobile devices. The Android 14 version will be available for Google Pixel 8 phone users starting December 13. It also works offline. In chat/messaging apps, suggest in advance what information the user needs to respond to other people's messages.

Professional Gemini

It is an advanced version of the Google Bard (Google Bard) AI that is currently in use. Google claims to deliver fast results with accuracy.

The Gemini API, Google Generative AI Studio, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud will be available to developers and business users of Google products starting December 13.

Gemini Ultra

Google says this is the most powerful version of the AI language model. It is said that it can be used for the business needs of data centers and corporate organizations.

Google said it can easily understand and explain programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ and Go. It will be available to users in 2024.
