Actis in partnership with Royal Bafokeng Holdings, has secured the acquisition of Swiftnet, a premier telecom tower portfolio in South Africa, from Telkom.
The transaction, valued at ZAR6.75 billion (approximately US$355 million), marks a significant move in the Digital Infrastructure Sector.
