First and foremost, the CLO Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Community Relations Office. The job holder works under the supervision of the CLO Coordinator and collaborates with all CLO staff (CLO Coordinator and Assistant CLO Coordinator) to support the office in successful programs under all eight areas of responsibility (family work, conflict management and security).
Education; communication and public awareness; guidance and delegation; welcome, orientation, and departure; community outreach; and event planning), to develop and maintain key contacts, and manage information that benefits morale and overall job satisfaction.
