Huawei has unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Mate 60 Pro, which boasts an array of impressive features. The device comes with a large 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 2720 × 1260 pixels and supports a variable refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz. The front of the device sports three holes, housing a 13MP ultra-wide-angle selfie camera, a 3D ToF sensor, and Face ID sensors.

The rear of the Mate 60 Pro features a triple camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor with phase-detection autofocus, OIS, and a vari-aperture of f/1.4 to f/4.0. Additionally, it includes a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 48MP telephoto module with an aperture of f/3.0 that supports autofocus, optical stabilization, and macro mode.

Under the hood, the Mate 60 Pro is powered by an undisclosed processor and runs on Huawei’s proprietary HarmonyOS 4.0 operating system. It offers a generous 12GB of RAM and comes with storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB.

One of the standout features of the Mate 60 Pro is its support for satellite communication, currently available in China through the service of the operator China Telecom. The smartphone also houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports fast wired charging up to 88W, wireless charging up to 50W, and reverse wireless charging up to 20W.

The Mate 60 Pro comes in four color options and features a two-tone back cover. In the white and green versions, the top is made of glass, while the purple and black versions have a faux leather finish.

While pricing details for different configurations are not yet available, the Mate 60 Pro with 512GB of flash memory is priced at 6999 yuan (approximately $960).
