Trinity Consultants, an environmental consulting firm based in Dallas, has announced Paul Greywall as its new Chief Executive Officer. Greywall has been with Trinity for 29 years and under his guidance, the company has expanded its services and acquired more than 30 companies.
Royce Ramey, a Dallas executive, has gained majority ownership in Phoenix-based wealth management and advisory firm Versant Capital Management. Ramey, along with Elizabeth Connelly, Versant’s chief investment officer, will lead the firm’s expansion into Dallas.
Charmaine Voorhees Becken has joined Kessler Collins as a Shareholder. Voorhees Becken’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in various disputes.
Catalyze Dallas has made two key hires. James Bendle has been promoted to Partner and CFO, where he will continue to serve as Catalyze’s CFO and aid in the growth of the company’s portfolio. Nick Brown has been appointed as Principal and will work closely with investors and partners to identify intellectual property for spinout.
Matt Dornak has been promoted to Partner at Stream Realty Partners. Dornak has been with the company for 12 years and has played a crucial role in the growth of its industrial leasing team and portfolio.
Jeremy Vaughn has joined HighCamp Compliance as a Partner. Vaughn, previously the chief compliance officer at Starwood Property Trust, will bring his expertise in compliance to the firm’s operations.
Buckner International has appointed Jennifer Mann as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mann will lead all human resources efforts for Buckner International and its subsidiaries.
