RGU Criticized for Lack of Student Support and Website Issues

The once reputable RGU (name of the university) has come under fire for its alleged money-focused practices. Students have complained that the University does not take responsibility for resolving Student-related issues, particularly when it comes to refunding money.

Recently, the university charged a steep fee of 700 rupees for the RGUCET entrance exam. Many students have criticized this fee as exorbitant. To make matters worse, RGU introduced a new website for the payment process, which was prone to crashes and technical issues.

Unfortunately, many students, including myself, experienced problems with the website during the payment process. As a result, they were forced to pay extra, sometimes two or three times the original amount, in order to successfully complete the transaction.

What is particularly concerning is that even if students visit the VSAT office with a refund request, the university refuses to return the additional money that was wrongly charged. Students have reported that the university staff dismiss their concerns with excuses, leaving them feeling helpless and unheard.

It is crucial for RGU to address these issues and prioritize the well-being of its students over monetary gain. They should improve their website’s functionality and responsiveness, as well as ensure that the contact numbers provided on their official website are in working order. Students deserve better support and transparency from their university.
