noqodi and Network International Expand Collaboration to Expand Digital Payments Acceptance

noqodi, a leading fintech company owned by emaratech, has announced an extended collaboration with Network International, a prominent digital commerce enabler in the Middle East and Africa region. This partnership aims to enhance Digital Payments Acceptance across a wider range of sectors beyond government and private services.

The collaboration will see Network International empowering noqodi’s existing payment channels, including e-commerce, POS, and SoftPOS, to accept card payments. This move is driven by the goal of supporting new unbanked segments and sectors such as retail and commerce.

noqodi is already integrated with multiple banks and payment options, providing a unified payment platform for government and select private merchants. Their services include direct debit, online banking, cash transactions through partner exchange houses, and automation of collections, reconciliation, settlement, and transaction-related services.

Andrew Key, the Group Managing Director – Acquiring at Network International, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration. He emphasized the growing need for accessible digital payment solutions in the UAE and the region, as businesses increasingly shift towards cashless transactions. Key highlighted the partnership’s aim to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by strengthening their payment capabilities.

Zahi Kallab, General Manager at noqodi, shared his excitement about expanding the reach of Digital Payments in various sectors. This collaboration will enable noqodi to offer a wide range of payment solutions to sectors that currently lack such options. Kallab emphasized their commitment to supporting MSMEs and simplifying their operations with accessible and innovative digital payment solutions.

This extended collaboration between noqodi and Network International aligns with Dubai’s vision of becoming a fully cashless economy. It further promotes the adoption of digital payments in the region and facilitates business transactions for a broader range of sectors beyond government and private services.
