In season 21 of Destiny 2, solo players mostly relied on classic builds like Tether Hunter, Chaos Reach Warlock, or Hammer and Regen-spam Titan builds to tackle solo content. However, a new titan Strand aspect has emerged, offering insane burst-damage output and making it the potential best choice for Titans yet.

The key to the high-burst damage of this build lies in the aspect called “Flechette Storm.” By sliding with full melee energy and then meleeing to launch into the air, players can unleash a barrage of Strand attacks up to five times, each dealing near 100k damage. This build can deliver over 500k damage in under a second.

To further enhance the damage output, players can equip the exotic titan arm piece called “Synthoceps,” which buffs damage when surrounded by enemies. Additionally, the “Thread of Continuity” fragment can be used to increase the duration of all strand effects on targets.

While the Strand subclass may not offer strong group synergy, it is ideal for solo or small group activities such as the new “Ghosts of the Deep” Dungeon. Completing this Dungeon rewards Guardians with the opportunity to earn the new “Navigator” exotic. This build can also be utilized in end-game solo content like Lost Sectors when farming for new exotic gear.
