LG Electronics Vehicle Component Solutions Integrates Valens Semiconductor’s VA7000 in Next-Generation Camera System Project

LG Electronics Vehicle Component Solutions (VS) Company has selected Valens Semiconductor’s VA7000 MIPI A-PHY chipset family for its next-generation camera system project. The integration of Valens Semiconductor’s technology will enable Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) for automotive OEMs. The solution is expected to be available for automotive OEMs starting in 2026.

The VA7000 chipset family offers superior electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance and reduced total system cost (TSC). It solidifies MIPI A-PHY’s position as the leading connectivity standard for ADAS applications.
