Set to launch on September 13, 2023, the Teal Mask DLC was revealed during the August 2023 Pokemon Presents. The presentation also introduced Dipplin and Archaludon, the Dragon/Steel-type evolution of Duraludon.

However, it was the alternate version of Raikou, known as Raging Bolt, in its Paradox form that has left fans confused and puzzled. Players have taken to Reddit to express their concerns and comparisons for this new appearance, ranging from a Brachiosaurus to a Farigiraf lookalike.

While some fans criticized Raging Bolt’s design as “hideous,” others defended it as a counterpart to Suicune’s Paradox form, suggesting that Raikou’s new look resembles a sauropod dinosaur. It is speculated that Entei’s Paradox form may follow suit as an ornithischian, possibly resembling a triceratops or stegosaurus.

Interestingly, a fan had previously predicted Raikou’s Paradox form with their own design, which resembles a Brachiosaurus. Speculation on Entei’s Paradox form ranges from a triceratops to an Ankylosaur or a Stegosaurus, but no official confirmation has been provided by The Pokemon Company.
