Android 13 August Update Released for Google Pixel Devices

The Android 13 August update is now rolling out for various Google Pixel Devices, including the Pixel 4a, 4a 5G, 5, 5a, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, and Fold. This update addresses a total of 39 security issues, ranging from high to critical vulnerabilities.

In addition to the general update, there are also specific fixes for Google devices in Japan, T-Mobile & MVNOs, Google Fi (US), and Verizon & MVNOs (US). However, not all of these fixes are listed on the official page at the moment.

The update includes significant security enhancements for various Pixel Devices. Specific build versions and OTA (over-the-air) update links are provided for each device, making it easy for users to download and install the update.

Some of the notable fixes included in the update relate to Bluetooth connectivity, user interface issues with Live Wallpapers, lock screen responsiveness, and home screen launcher search input. There is also a fix for occasional flickering or glitches while in Hub Mode.

Google continues to prioritize the security and performance of its Pixel devices by regularly releasing updates. Users are encouraged to install the Android 13 August update to ensure their devices are protected from potential security vulnerabilities.
