Easier Access to Internet via Satellite Now Available at Clas Ohlson

Clas Ohlson, a popular retail chain, has become the first store to offer satellite internet services through Starlink. Starlink is a project by Elon Musk’s SpaceX that aims to provide internet connectivity through a satellite constellation. This breakthrough enables people to access the internet in remote or underserved areas.

Previously, individuals interested in Starlink relied on purchasing equipment directly from the company. However, with Clas Ohlson’s new offering, customers can now find Starlink Residential and Starlink Business kits available for purchase in-store. Subscriptions, on the other hand, still need to be obtained and managed digitally through an app.

The Starlink Residential standard kit is priced at SEK 5,199 including VAT, while the Starlink Business High Performance kit costs SEK 27,999 including VAT. Additionally, subscribers will have to pay a monthly fee starting from SEK 690, the exact amount depending on the selected subscription.

With the introduction of Starlink at Clas Ohlson, the process of accessing the internet via satellite has become more convenient and accessible. Customers can now visit their nearest Clas Ohlson store to explore the options and make their purchase in person.
