How to install Theme Colors and add them to your PowerPoint?
1. Go to "Theme Colors" folder
2. Select all the XML files in "Theme Colors" folder, Copy all of them
3. Paste all the XML files into your Powerpoint Theme Colors folder
Location of your Powerpoint Theme colors folder:
Windows XP: C:\\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes\Theme Colors
Windows 7,8,10 & Vista: C:\\Users\[your username]\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes\Theme Colors Or Add them to: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Document Themes 15\Theme Colors
For Mac OS: Users> [your username]> Library> Application Support> Microsoft> Office> User Templates> My Themes> Theme Colors
*For Mac, the Library folder might not be visible by default in some Mac OS, you can make it visible by:
Go to Finder & Search for Terminal
Run Terminal application &
Paste this command into Terminal window and press enter: chflags nohidden ~/Library/
After this you can find the library folder in above location

In Powerpoint, go to View > Slide Master > Colors > Pick the theme you want, then close master view
