Patent №:11814892 (November 14, 2023) – Gated barrier with one hand latch apparatus.  

This invention introduces a two-step latch mechanism that combines a pivoting latch release and a slideable latch puller. The design incorporates an aesthetically pleasing housing, effectively hiding the junction between frame portions and enhancing the overall visual appeal of the gated barrier. Additionally, the patent includes features such as oblong-shaped sections, wall cups, and a warning tag – all aimed at improving safety and convenience.

Patent №:11814893 (November 14, 2023) – Double door gate apparatus. This invention introduces a unique latch apparatus between the main gate and secondary gate. The latch apparatus is weighted to return to a normally closed position, ensuring secure closure. The design also includes inverted U-shaped pieces that require lifting the gates before opening or closing them. Accompanied by a pair of hand wheels that enable flexible spacing from a vertical surface, this invention offers practicality and ease of use.

Patent №:11815244 (November 14, 2023) – Gate light apparatus. The present gate light apparatus includes an adapter bracket having a front side and a rear side. On the front side, the bracket engages a housing having a motion detector, photo sensor, and light source. On the rear side, the bracket engages two support members of a gate.
