I woke up to a flood due to my water heater. Leo’s and his crew came to my rescue. Excellent customer service, above all, they are kind and genuine. They educated me and kept updating me on the progress. They are truly amazing, they worked very well coordinating restoration of my condo with my contractor, and insurance. I felt special and well taken care of. The guys also made sure that my neighbor was not affected by the flood. They inspected her condo to make sure that her walls were dry.

My experience with Water Mold Fire Restoration was excellent. Xpress were great to deal with, came by my place around 7:30AM to do an estimate as scheduled. They explained the whole mold remediation process and their pricing was very transparent and better than the other restoration companies I had contacted. I was referred to Xpress when my water heater in the garage exploded and water leaked into the wall. Leo came in, explained everything in detail, and checked the walls and floor for wet spots. All the staff are very polite, always on time and kept the place clean. In the end they did a great job and if I needed them I would definitely use them again (I hope I don’t!). These guys were extremely helpful, honest, thorough and friendly. I wanted a second opinion on a remediation job that I thought was poorly done. I assumed they’d put together a proposal for redoing the job. Instead, they were thorough in their inspection and ended up telling me they didn’t think it needed to be redone, showed me why, explained everything to me, didn’t rush, asked what questions I had, and they didn’t charge me a dime for their time. I’d call this company again in a heartbeat.
