The Welfare of Pets and Other Animals category celebrates the exceptional efforts of individuals and communities who have gone above and beyond to ensure the well-being and welfare of pets and other animals. The Runner Up in this category was Bren Paddington from Bangalore. Bren paddington has been putting efforts from the past 5 years to ensure the welfare of stray animals. They are taking care of many street animals and providing them with nutritious food and water and they have also implemented puppy litter care to take care of them during floods.
And the Winner in this category was Brigade Metropolis from Bangalore. A Group of volunteers from Brigade metropolis are helping street animals as a Pawsitive Brigade. Currently they are feeding 300+ stray Dogs and Till date 100+ dogs and 15 cats have been sterilized. They take care of the rescue and rehabilitation of stray animals in and around Whitefield, Bangalore.
Category: Excellence in Community Governance
Effective community governance forms the backbone of a thriving and harmonious living environment. And the Winner in this category was Gera Song of Joy from Pune. This apartment has implemented solar power generation & net metering. They have zero electricity bills and they also provide EV charging points with excess power generation. They have switched to LED lights and have implemented motion sensors in all common areas to save electricity when not in use.
Category: Best Community Manager
Behind every successful community lies an exceptional community manager who plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging, promoting communication, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents. At the ADDA Rise High Awards, we proudly recognized and celebrated the Best Community Manager who has demonstrated exemplary leadership, professionalism, and dedication in managing and nurturing their community. The Winner in this category was Mr Satish Chandrasekhar from Bollineni Hillside Residential Township Owners Association, Chennai. Mr Satish Chandrasekhar had carried out several proactive measures during the floods in Chennai. He ensured the residents were not put into any hardships. He took care of everything like pumping out water, garbage collection, supply of drinking water cans, physical monitoring of storm water drains and everything.
Category: Good Neighbor

The Winner in this category was Ms Mrudula Shenoy from Ark Serene County, Bangalore. Ms Mrudula Shenoy is a remarkable soul who has transformed ARK Serene County into a blossoming oasis. She is a true guardian of nature and a shining example of what it means to be an extraordinary neighbor.
A Special Mention in this category was given to The COVID Task Force of Royal Legend Apartments, Bangalore. This COVID Task Force is an extraordinary group that exemplifies what it means to be good neighbors, especially during challenging times. They have tirelessly worked to ensure the health and safety and Their selflessness and collective spirit have truly made a positive impact on the community.

The Runner Up in this Category was Kumarkruti Cooperative Housing Society from Pune. Kumarkruti, a cooperative housing society has gone above and beyond with the detailing of the segregation of wastes and they separate waste as wet waste, dry waste, cloth donation drives, shoes and medical waste.
The Winner in this category was Casagrand Elan from Chennai. Casagrand Elan stands out for their initiative called itSIMPLE. SIMPLE’s vision is to reduce the waste making its way to the landfills from our community and get the residents to subscribe to the 5R policy of ‘Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle’ and to turn our homes into ‘Zero Waste’ homes.

The area where the housing society was present was one of the examples of an unattended neighborhood. But the community decided to take strict action and today this area has turned into an area with lush green trees and chirping birds. Cleanliness in the area has significantly improved.
And the winner in this category was Century Saras from Bangalore. Century Saras have adopted a Lower Primary School, in Anantapura, Yelahanka and have been taking care of all their needs. From books to painting to fresh water needs, they have taken care of every necessity. Their commitment to education and empowerment serves as an inspiration for all of us to actively engage and uplift the wider community.

The Runner Up in this category was Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head from Bangalore. Nature has a remarkable ability to uplift our spirits and create a serene atmosphere within our living spaces. This apartment in bangalore with their unique gardening including individual terrace gardening for each house. Through their passion, creativity, and meticulous care, they have infused a harmonious connection with the natural world.
The Winner was Madhuban from Madhya Pradesh. Mr Naveen from Madhuban started with his own kitchen garden and spread this initiative among the community to develop own kitchen garden. He shared the concept with everyone & today almost every resident of Madhuban has started their own kitchen gardens with a variety of fruits and vegetables growing.
