Career
The 1988 film “Aloha Summer” marked the beginning of Walker’s acting career. Her professional career began with that moment, which was ultimately deleted from the film.
She began her soap opera career in 1988 when she was cast as Andrea Bedford on the NBC daytime drama Santa Barbara. She officially made her debut on daytime TV after this. She ventured onto primetime television later that year.
Walker starred as the primary female character on the short-lived Nbc Crime Thriller True Blue during the 1989–1990 television season. Besides regular appearances on Matlock and L.A. Law, she has appeared in Tales from the Crypt and other shows.
Her role as killer Julia Collier in the 1991 NBC TV movie “Perry Mason and the Case of the Fatal Fashion” was her most infamous. The 1993 ABC comedy-drama “Moon Over Miami” was her next big project.

Ally Walker was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee, to physicist father James Joseph Walker and lawyer mother Louhannah (née Mann). Since her father was employed by Los Alamos National Laboratory, the family settled in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she grew up. Elizabeth is her sister and Jim is her brother.
