A Simple System for Measuring Flaky Tests in a Large CI/CD Pipeline

Company creates system to track flaky tests in their CI/CD pipeline using JUnit XML format, allowing them to measure which tests are the flakiest and improve visibility over the data. They use a simple schema to track individual test results and execution time for each job for every pipeline in any branch. They were able to build various useful tables and charts with this data but the main goal is to fix the flaky tests.

Why cloud-native architecture is critical for digital transformation

How to reduce your devops tool sprawl

DevOps teams need to start consolidating their tools to reduce complexity, improve security, and enhance efficiency. Three areas ripe for consolidation include application security tooling, package and artifact management and storage, and systems and data monitoring. A single platform can help connect and integrate solutions in the newly consolidated tech stack. Tool sprawl is a natural result of dev teams choosing their own tools, but organizations now understand the need for a single, streamlined system.

✅ The DevOps Hangover

Why developers are further away from understanding Code Operations and how to cure the DevOps hangover.

The greatest irony is that DevOps aimed to help developers talk with operations, and vice versa, yet developers are even further away from understanding how their code operates at runtime.
