ISLAMABAD, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan on Saturday welcomed an International Court of Justice (ICJ) order to Israel for immediately halting its military offensive in Rafa in conformity with its obligations under the genocide convention and deteriorating humanitarian conditions faced by civilians.
