Kazakhstan's Lutsenko claims 3rd consecutive Asiad crown in road cycling

HANGZHOU, Oct. 3 (Xinhua) -- The Hangzhou Asian Games road cycling competition kicked off on Tuesday, with Kazakhstan's Alexey Lutsenko successfully defending his title in the men's individual time trial.
