YANGON, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar authorities have seized over 61.34 Tons of illegal timbers across the country in a week, according to the state media on Friday.
From July 31 to Aug. 6, the authorities captured over 30.46 tons of teak, over 4.41 tons of hardwood and over 26.45 tons of other types of timbers in the country's regions, states and Naypyidaw Union Territory, state media reported.
