MANILA, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Tuesday said it has approved a 100 million U.S. dollars loan to upgrade and modernize the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) ecosystem in the Philippines to make it more responsive to new labor demands for the future.
